Mama Moves specialize in postnatal fitness offering fun and social outdoor small group classes to help mums regain and enhance their pre-pregnancy fitness to meet the physical demands of parenthood.

This innovative program was formed over 6 years ago as there was a real need for a fitness class specifically designed for new mums that offers a flexible, fun and social exercise session. Another important reason was to educate mums on the amazing benefits, mentally and physically, of exercising in the fresh air with your baby close by!

Mums & Bubs Small Group Classes combines all the elements that a new mum and mum-to-be needs in a fitness program to target specific areas affected by pregnancy. 

Mama Moves offers a specific and unique type of workout for this specialized group. 

  • Boxercise Class: A circuit format combining Cardio, Boxing, and Total Body Conditioning exercises which Increases Fitness and Weight loss, Stretch & Strengthens your body, Firms your tummy  and creates Long, Lean, Toned  muscles.
  •  KickBox Bums n Tums Class: A circuit format focusing on toning the legs, sculpting the butt and chiseling a flat belly! Class combines Cardio, Soft Sand Circuits, Kick Boxing, Leg n Bum Conditioning plus Core & Ab Strengthening.

Sessions:

Boxing Classes run for one hour and your child (all ages welcome)  will be close to you the whole time either in the pram, on a mat or playing with the other children. If your child does become unsettled I am very relaxed about you stopping and comforting him/her, although I am always at hand to help!

Current Schedule:  

Bondi Beach classes utilize the soft sand, which definitely takes the workout to new heights! Soft sand benefits are endless. It’s fantastic to burn fat and shape the legs, calves and butt! You can’t complain about that! 

NB: Mums n Bubs Boxing Classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am. Numbers are limited to ensure individual attention and safety.
